Air freight to Dubai and the rest of the UAE.

For a lot of our customers, Dubai is where Gulf trade starts: goods land at DXB or DWC and go on to buyers across the region. We book the flight from beside Heathrow and stay on it until the consignee signs.

Mainland or free zone? Tell us first.

Mainland buyers clear goods through UAE customs with their importer code. Duty and VAT are paid on arrival, so the paperwork from the UK has to match exactly.

Many consignments need the commercial invoice and certificate of origin attested before customs will release them.

Free zone buyers in places like Jebel Ali or Dubai Airport Freezone clear under the free zone rules, and goods can often stay there without duty until they move on.

If your buyer is re-exporting to Saudi Arabia, Oman or further, say so. It changes how we route and document the shipment.

Shipping to the UAE: your questions.

Can you deliver into a Dubai free zone?

Yes. Tell us the free zone and the consignee's company name when you ask for a quote, because free zone clearance is handled differently from mainland.

Do I need my invoice attested for the UAE?

Often, yes, depending on the value and the goods. We check it with you before booking so nothing is held on arrival.

Can you ship dangerous goods to Dubai?

Yes, with the right declaration and packing. Send us the safety data sheet and we will confirm what the airline needs.

Send us the details.
